Dulcie Claassen
Dulcie Claassen brings her 35 years lending experience throughout the Pacific Northwest to ACI and its community preservation mission. She retired from Washington Community Reinvestment Association (WCRA), a non-profit affordable housing lender, as VP overseeing lending to underserved communities. Her clients varied from food banks and apartment communities to mobile home parks, including three for ACI. Her efforts on behalf of the redevelopment of El Centro de la Raza, a historic and history making community center turned mixed use project with residential and commercial units, was recognized for diligence, compassion, and financial expertise. Dulcie has informed her work through her studies, BA in Geography with honors from UW, and her life experience which includes living in China for three years. She and her husband currently split their time between Washington and Nevada.
