Dulcie Claassen Joins Board of Affordable Communities, Inc.

Sacramento-based Affordable Communities, Inc., the nonprofit owner and manager of affordable housing communities, has announced that Dulcie Claassen has joined its Board of Directors.

Maurice Priest, President of ACI stated “ACI is honored to have Dulcie Claassen join our board of directors. Her professional interaction with ACI goes back over 15 years. Dulcie served as VP overseeing lending to underserved communities, for Washington Community Reinvestment Association (WCRA), a non-profit affordable housing lender. Dulcie facilitated ACI's acquisition of 3 affordable housing communities, expanding the number of affordable housing communities for low income persons and families in Washington State. We know that ACI will benefit from her experience and insight as our nonprofit seeks to expand beyond the 13 affordable housing communities that ACI owns and manages in California and Washington state."
